First sales achieved, strong growth potential

Co-investment in rounds from CHF 800,000 to 3 million

Participation period 5 to 7 years

OUR FINANcING

Equity investment or convertible loan

Initial financing up to CHF 300,000

Consecutive financing available for subsequent rounds

Up to a maximum of CHF 750,000 per company

Signature of contractual documents
Transfer of funds
